  1. Tera Desktop V1.40a, 13-09-94, Copyright 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 W. Klaren.

  3. This is version 1.40a of the Tera Desktop. It is a replacement of 
  4. the desktop of the ST and TT. This program is Freeware, which 
  5. means that it may be copied freely. Condition is that the program 
  6. is copied entirely and unchanged, including all README files, all 
  7. CHANGES files and one of the manuals (MANUAL.ENG or MANUAL.NED). The 
  8. Tera Desktop consists of the following files:

  11.         DESKTOP.RSC  (English resource file)
  12.         DESKFRA.RSC  (French resource file)
  13.         ICONS.RSC
  14.         README.NED
  15.         README.ENG
  16.         CHANGES.NED
  17.         CHANGES.ENG
  18.         MANUAL.NED   (Dutch manual)
  19.         MANUAL.ENG   (English manual)
  20.         CONVERT.PRG  (Configuration file converter)
  21.         CLOCK.ACC    (Analog clock, double click on the window for 
  22.                       info and options)
  23.         VIEWER.PRG   (Program for viewing .IMG and Degas files)
  24.         VIEWER.RSC

  26. As a bonus the program FIX_ICNS, written by my brother, is included. 
  27. It consists of the following files:

  35. The Tera desktop may not be sold. If this program is included in a 
  36. PD-library, only the costs of disks etc. may be charged.

  38. If you already have an old version of the Tera Desktop (older than 
  39. 1.20), you need CONVERT.PRG to convert the configuration file to the 
  40. new format of this version. Read the manual, before you convert a 
  41. file.

  43. Although the program has been tested extensively, the program may 
  44. still contain bugs. It is possible as well, that the program does 
  45. not work properly on configurations other than the configurations 
  46. it was tested on (TOS 3.05 with NVDI 2.0 and TOS 1.4 with NVDI 2.0). 
  47. I would appreciate it, if problems are reported to me with a 
  48. complete description of the problem and the configuration you are 
  49. using (so TOS-version, autoboot programs, accessories etc.). 
  50. Although the program works on TOS 1.0, the usage of the program 
  51. with this TOS-version is discouraged, because of some bugs in this 
  52. TOS-version (see the manual as well).
